I just made 1 year out of sleeve surgery still a work in process

I know the feeling I had my sleeve on June 2019 and I’ve only lost 50lbs I don’t know what to do getting depressed.

So my pre-op diet starts officially on May 30 but I started yesterday just so I could adjust. Mine consist of 4-5 protein shakes and 2 cups of veggies . How much did you lose on your pre-op diet. I have to do this for 14 days Sent from my LML414DL using BariatricPal mobile app

So today I went in to the hospital to have my Echo Stress done. Technician says everything looks great will meet with the Dr on May 3 and have my final nutritionist appt on May 8.
