Over the last two weeks the same issue has occured. If I'm in direct sunlight either walking around or sitting in my yard for only 20 - 60 minutes I feel so sick to the point I feel like I'm going to pass out. This happens in temperature ranges of 70 - upper 80's. Has this ever happened to anyone?
I use to have this issue when I underwent chemotherapy. I would get dehydrated very fast. That being said I drink Water with electrolytes all day long. Could it be from how little food intake that you can dehydrate faster?
I was looking into the product liquid IV. It helps with dehydration. Has anyone tried it?

I had my surgery on July 8. I had discomfort until this morning the 10th. Only need three pain pills once home the day after surgery on Tuesday and Wednesday. I woke up this morning the 11th feeling amazing. No regrets at all. Just take it slow. Get the walks in and sip your fluids. I count to 4 when sipping then swallow my fluids. I’m down 11 pounds since the 8th. I’m extremely happy with this decision. Just take your time with walking, getting up, drinking and eating.

I had my sleeve on July 8. It’s the July 11th and I feel great. The hardest part is getting in the fluids in with small sips. It’s hard but I’m making it work. I’m down 11 pounds since 7/8.
