Greetings community,
I had VSG on Jan 7. I am doing ok with the food, but I am irritable and very tired. I started going to the gym and over did it. Had a lot of pain so now I'm back to walking. Reading the blogs helped me realize that I was expecting too much of myself and to just listen to my body.

Thank you very much. I am a month post op from VSG and am depressed. I can see my 30 pd weight loss, but I feel numb. It feels like "so what". Not at all what I expected. I will get into counseling.
