  1. So we are very similar in that I never saw myself as being as big as I was. my heaviest was 364 and I am 5' 10in tall. (used to be six foot but I am shrinking lol) So now I see my body changing and an totally enthralled with the changes. and what it can do. twisty yoga bendy poses, jump rope. run.

I guess everybody is different but I am 2lbs away form 100lb loss and I feel sexy, sassy and FREE

The issue with 600-800 calories is that my stomach has stretched so much and I would literally feel like I’m starving. I have been eating waaaay to many carbs and drinking with meals etc. doing everything I’m not supposed to do. I don’t know how I could do that right now. I know what I’m supposed to do but I’m having such a hard time doing it. I know it sounds like I’m making excuses but I’m seriously at a low right now. I was looking so good and I feel like I’ve blown it all.

FILL that space with Water water water. you can do this!

I wasn't on blood thinners either before or after surgery, but I bruise like a hot-house orchid now! lol. I was carrying groceries up the hill to my apartment and my arm looks like I was assaulted by a very large army of polly-pocket sized people. I have bruises the size of golf-balls on my shins from walking into stuff. I'm not very graceful, and it's showing!!

yeah I am grace personified lol I also have great danes so I never know if it is me or them LOL

    Cottage cheese

tuna (I like to get the flavored packets)

    Broccoli tots

    Chili

Those have been some of my personal favorites which I was able to add back into my diet.

Congrats on reaching this point! It's so exciting! :)

Brocolli tots are the bomb. I did the light progresso cream Soups if I did not have time to make my own. they can all be blended if too chunky at first

No blood thinners pre or post op so that is not it. I guess it could be the less padding lol

That is strange! Most surgeons require patients take blood thinners right after surgery to prevent blood clots from forming. I had to take Lovenox (enoxaparin) for about a week after surgery. It stays in your body a long time and my whole body was covered in bruises for several months after surgery.

I got a heparin shot before surgery and one post op. that is it.
