  1. I feel the same! It’s so hard to live with ibs-d. Others can’t imagine how it affects your daily life. I feel the restriction of food alone will help us.
  2. They are a little expensive. The one I got was a 12 inch synthetic topper. The total with tax was $211.62. If you wanted a shorter one I think it would be cheaper. I'm a graying 49 year old and I am constantly having to do root touch ups so with the topper you can hide your gray a lot longer which I figure will save a ton of money and therefore pay for itself. But I'll tell ya the confidence I felt just having it on in the salon was so nice because my scalp can be slightly visible especially in overhead lighting and now I will never have to be embarrassed about that anymore.
  3. I also have to do the six months. My fourth nutritional meeting is February 7th so our surgery dates will be pretty close to each other's.
  4. I also have ibs-d and have had it for about 15 years. This was also a concern of mine when I made my decision to start this journey and it still is. My Dr. told me that it was my decision to have either the rny or vsg. He said my ibs-d would more than likely remain the same with either. I'm choosing vsg simply because I feel my system moves food through it so fast now that I don't need anymore malabsorption issues. Hope this helps.
