Thank you all...I never stopped exercising and I always watched what I ate...did I have set backs yes..did I plateau absolutely...but I kept going I went in weight was 220 I am 131 this morning...I do want to get to 125 and continue to tone my body ..

Hello..went on vacation and I ate and drank alot ...6 days to exact. How do I know if I messed up my surgery? I am 9 months out and I have lost 70 pounds but this vacation messed me up bad.. I got on the scale put on 7 pounds. Did I I strech my stomach? Someone plz give me advice..

I need advice..so I went on vacation.. I ate and drank and ate more than usual...wondering if I did damage to myself? 6 days later 7pounds up and very worried I stretched my tummy. 8months I had my surgery.. I began to try and eat better and re set again...any advice?

Wow girl! You look great! Your before pic looks like what I look like now at 171.8 at 5'2 with a BMI of 31.31. My goal weigh is 143.

8 months.. I was 220..now 150...yup ..my goal is 140.. I have no doubt I am gonna do it!!!

So I had my surgery 5 month ago...lost about 54 pounds. Last week I went on a cruise for 5days and I drank alcohol and over ate. .infact I even drank and ate at the same time...so I started back on my diet and my stomach began to hurt so bad..I almost went to the hospital .. I worried I did damage and stretched my stomach... is there anything I could do?

I occasionally have vodka and I mix it with grape Crystal Light. It’s really good - and no sugar! I order vodka and Water (not soda water) and bring little Crystal Light packages with me to mix in. Good luck!!
