Can you share the recipe please...looks so good!!!!😋

I too struggle with a big sweet tooth. Best bet is to not buy candy/desserts...instead buy sugar free pudding or sugar free Jello. Bc your pouch only fits so much a few spoon fulls should get your pouch satisfied and quench that sweet urge. Doesn’t mean that occasionally you can have a bite or two of a dessert but my suggestion would be to not have that stuff regularly or kept in your house where temptation can creep up on you.On 02/05/2019 at 21:59, mparker26 said:

Keep strong and do the best you can do...everyday is a learning exp and trying to retrain your brain and bad habits. Bad habits have been the hardest for me as well...specifically sweets...skittles etc. I’m a work in progress too. I struggle daily too but I just try my best every day...sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fall down...but I get back up and tomorrow is a new day. Good luck and YOU CAN DO THIS!!😊👍🏻RaeSlayVSG and mparker26 reacted to this -

Nope I’m happy to get rid of my big clothes!! You get to buy new clothes and shopping becomes fun again! Nice trying things on in “regular” sizes. Still have more to lose but getting there!!

Cleaned out my whole closet and drawers this weekend. Tried on some capris I wore a week before surgery at Universal...they were so big on me. Def made me see the results even more that way. I wasn’t sad getting rid of my big clothes.
Someone saw me today in Target who hasnt seen me in a while and asked if I was “ok” bc of the weight diff. Once she found out I was ok she said I looked great. Think it’s just that I look very diff. I don’t feel like I look sickly at all But guess when you see yourself in the mirror day after day it’s hard to see all the changes someone who doesn’t see you all the time sees.GreenTealael and Frustr8 reacted to this -

My girls are REALLY sad. They are loose and jiggly like little Jell-O shots. I was a 38 full D. Now I’m a 36 in between a B and. C. C is too big and the B is a little too small. At my ideal body weight I was a B. I’m fine with being that size but geez they look like deflated balloons. Def will need a lift and implants. But I’m not doing anything until I reach my goal weight...and from that day forward until a year. Keep it off for a solid year and I’ll treat myself to some new girls and a Tummy Tuck. 🎉

Also, Disney has a lot of healthy foods to choose from. They have plenty of fruit stands and restaurants that will have “better” choices than the counter service areas. I’m sure you can bring in some Protein Bars.

I’m six months out as well. My hair was falling out like crazy. I started only washing it once, maybe twice a week to help with that. Also started taking Biotin supplements and putting collagen peptide (1 scoop of the powder)in my coffee. I’ve noticed a lot less hair failing out. Ask your NUT what you can do to help with your hair falling out and see what he/she recommends. On 02/01/2019 at 04:39, Letsgetgoing2018 said:
Hi fellow July sleevers. I haven’t weighed myself in about a month because my scale broke-scheduled for visit for weigh in and check up with surgeon on Monday. Last I checked I was down about 60 pounds. Just had labwork done-b12 high but everything else good. Losing hair in clumps. Haven’t been exercising as much lately because it’s been so cold out (I usually walk around the neighborhood) - but they’re building a new gym near my home that’s only $10 per month so I’ll be joining. Can’t wait. It’s tough sometimes to stick with the diet-tried a Mac Donald’s cheeseburger last week and puked it up. I still have to pace myself and slow my eating down and still can’t tolerate plain Water. Going on a trip to Disney in a few weeks so hoping I don’t have any problems with finding the right foods to eat.

Yes!!! It’s very painful!! I’m six months out. I’ve never not had a butt in my whole life...it has gotten better but it does hurt if I sit for too long. If you google it, it says this happens a lot to people who lose a alot of weightOn 01/26/2019 at 09:13, dsapeg69 said:

How about people in the movie theatre that start shaking their drink to let the ice come down in their cup then only to start crunching the ice!!!!😡

That’s a good idea. Night time is my toughest part of the day to not give in to snacking while watching a tv show.YeahOkay31 reacted to this -
I heard your taste buds change after surgery. So I can’t eat my favorite fish of all time-salmon. Smells terrible and tastes terrible to me now. Of course my sweet tooth is still there. Why couldn’t it have been my sweet tooth that changed. Not my love of salmon!!😩
