I took off two weeks but honestly I could have been back after a week- Other than gas pain I had a relatively easy recovery. Hope for you that you do as well!!

I’ve heard of the 3rd year bounce back too. Honestly scares the sh&@ out of me. It was from one person I know. Not sure if it’s bc she just had trouble with that or if it’s fact. Hard once someone says that not to let it stick in your head. Even though I know I’ve been at goal and maintained. Give it take a few pounds each way. I think weight will be something I have to always keep vigilant on.

Congrats!! I was self pay as well. No regrets what so ever w the surgery. There are so many success stories on this app and so many helpful dos and don’ts. Many of us have been on here for a while so any questions feel free to ask. I’ve met some amazing people on here. Some were my sleeve buddies and some my PS buddies and some just met on here-all have been awesome to meet. Hope you love this app and find it as awesome as a lot of us do! Keep us updated!!

Hey!! It looks yummy! Do you work outside your home? If you don’t work or work from home maybe set an alarm on your phone to remind you it’s time to eat something. For me, I work in a hospital so we have to go to lunch(by law) so it’s hard to forget when you go to a breakroom w everyone eating. But anyways maybe setting an alarm will help you remember😊 I 💛salads! I eat one everyday for lunch and sometimes dinner too!!

Hey there. I have not had to do a reset but I think it’s not too late to go bk to basics -log, excersise, weigh food for portion control and of course the support group you have here. You are still maintaining so nip it in the bud now. You can do it!!
