  1. I was told no gummy vitamins too. I take a women’s one a day along with some other ones like Biotin, calcium I do have to take the mult vitamin w a couple wheat thins so it doesn’t make me nauseous
  2. @greentealael unfortunately I didn’t loose my sweet tooth with the sleeve surgery so I still love the sweet taste of these drinks and other sweet things. I’d def consider yourself lucky!! I wish my had went away😐
  3. Me too! Cookies and cream taste like you are drinking the milk of Cookie Crisp cereal. Soooo good!! The blueberry is like you are drinking the milk of Booberry Cereal!!
  4. Have you tried the premier protein Blueberries and cream? If you’re trying to get back into them it’s a new flavor. So good. Cookies and cream is another fav too.
  5. I do not use a straw since I had my surgery. For me it’s simply this. My surgeon said not to so I’m following his plan. I think there are many diff opinions on this and you have to make a decision that is best for you. For me I’ve followed my surgeons recommendations to a T. I don’t really miss them so not a big deal for me.
  6. Catwoman is 100% correct. Once you get a few days in it will get easier. Sounds weird but it will. Drink broth. It’s warm and filling when you’re hungry. To be successful you need to commit to this. We have all had to do this so I’m speaking from experience. You can do this too! One last piece of advice. Don’t put yourself in the same room as people eating things you will want. When my kids and husband would come home and eat I’d simple go into my bedroom w my liquid of choice and stay in there until they were done. I did that so I wouldn’t smell, see or make myself ravenous w the food being around. You can do this. Set yourself up to succeed. Don’t put yourself in situations of temptation. YOU CAN DO THIS!! Keep us updated. I wish you success.
  7. Omg that is gorgeously plated. Looks so delicious

I love this outfit! Totally something I’d wear! You look great! super Cute outfit
  11. I had the sleeve and hiatal hernia repair. I’m 3 years post surgery and have been maintaining for at least two years. I am very happy with my results. I just started getting a little heartburn. Not sure if it’s from the sleeve or not. With that being said. If I knew 100% that I’d get heartburn then I would have done the bypass. All in all, I don’t get this every day and even when I do get it, 1 tums does the trick immediately. Talk to your surgeon about the difference and what would be a good fit for you. Everyone is different. I know so many people who have been successful with both sleeve and bypass.

    Snack Ideas

Indont like pre salted nuts/seeds. They tend to over salt them. Our grocery store has bins of so many items that you can buy by the pound. I get the plain ones. They are good and I use them on a salad so unsalted is better for that for me. If they weren’t over salted I’d eat them straight up!

    Plastic Surgery Countdown is on!

You look SOOOO GOOD!! I feel the same way about my legs. Almost wish in hind sight I did the circumferential TT bc it would have lifted my butt and thighs at the same time. I don’t want the inner thigh scar. It’s tough but for now I’m doing nothing. Just going to enjoy my big perky boobs and nice tight flat tummy!! Keep us updated on WhT you decide. I’ll never say never! Who knows I may end up in the future doing it too!! As Greentealael said “once your down the PS rabbit hole” lol
