Mine pretty much all disappeared except for the one where the stomach was pulled out of. I recently got a tummy tuck to get rid of the loose skin so that scar is now GONE!!

Yes I’m cold all of the time. Most of the time I wear a light jacket. I’ll take being cold over always sweating like I was pre-sleeve

Hi!! I was sleeved in July 2018. Been in maintenance for a while now. Since 10 mos or so out. My surgery was uneventful (in a good way) stayed overnight which really didn’t think I needed to. No pain other than from the gas bc it was laparoscopic. Home w no problems. Out grocery shopping four days later. I’m very thankful it was an easy road for me. I also hadn’t ever had any surgery to my abdomen before which made it a clean slate. Also followed pre op diet to a t so my liver would be shrunk and as I was instructed. I feel like It’s important to follow everything your Dr says to do. I wish you an uneventful surgery as well!!! Welcome to the club!!

Yum! We started having movie nights once COVId started. We pop our own popcorn too! Having one this weekend! I use the movie theatre pop secret. Pretty sure it’s loaded w fat. But I consider it a treat when I do not a regular thing bc it is fatty. Yours looks very healthy!!

Diner last night. No afters. Grilled pork chop (hub grilled) Green beans a little bbq sauce. I know it’s pretty much the same as the other day but I eat a lot of the same foods. Veggie which is usually green beans or broccoli

I was given a binder and def used it. I feel like it Helped support my abdomen. You can get one from any medical supply store or on amazon.

5oz Grilled chicken w green beans sautéed in a little butter a seasoning. A squirt of sweet baby rays bbq sauce.

My sleeve was back in July 2018 and my stomach still makes all kinds of noises. Lol you get used to it.
