    Not hungry

Consider yourself lucky as hell, I came out of surgery hungry!!! I had surgery on 5/13 and on 5/20 was allowed to begin soft foods and let me tell you there is definitely restriction on how much I can eat but I am eating 5 times a day and I am always hungry not so much in the mornings but moving throughout the day definitely hungry but I am walking 3 to 4 miles per day so doctor said normal due to exercising.. So, enjoy your lack or hunger as long as you are not doing harm to yourself. Good luck and keep us posted..
  19. Just make sure you don't go overboard with super high fat fast foods, but I would stick to the instructions as close as possible... Good luck to you...
  20. YES AND IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I MADE... I started on the treadmill about 2 months before gettin on the treadmill about 5 days per week. The last month I did 30 straight days on the treadmill, I was told by my surgeon that lessons chances of issues during surgery and basically gets your blood flowing and it's helps with recovery... I had surgery on 5/13 and I am already back on the treadmill yesterday 5/18.... No complication and weight coming off, so I vote for yes get on the treadmill everyday... Hope this helps...
  21. I had to do a 7-day diet and I did cheat the first day but I think you definitely need to get atleast 5 or 6days of straight liquid diet before surgery to ensure everything is good inside. 6days worked for me...

    Not telling anyone

Only told my father, and I don't plan to tell anyone else... I am a very private person and was before VSG and will always be a private person. I don't think it's anyone else's business unless you have a desire to tell people.. 75% of people are negative and I choose not to deal with negative people who smile in your face and talk _____ behind your back, I'm so over people and there personal opinions about my life... So no issue if you tell everyone or you are a private person and want to keep your business to urself.... Good luck and hope this helps....

    Question about drinking with meals

I was advised by my surgeon that all the liquids in the beginning are considered liquids, so he said I wouldn't have to worry until I started the next phase next week... So to answer your question it is liquids. Good luck to you....
  24. I took 2 weeks but had surgery on 5/13 and honestly could go back this Monday 5/20!!! Just a little pain in my stomach in the incisions and when I sneeze.. I’m chillin til 5/28 and then go back. It’s more of an individual thing based on pain and the type of job u have.. Good Luck to everyone!!!
