1. krazymel24 Hi there...it's pretty typical to lose quite a bit of weight within 30 days after surgery then comes the stalls, most of us have them and go through that, just keep following your plan and the weight will come off, this is a lifetime commitment if you want to be successful and keep the weight off.
Please just concentrate on getting in your water/liquids, Protein, log your food on whatever app that works for you and try to get in some walking if you are able...be realistic with your goals and be kind to yourself. You have a wonderful tool, enjoy it and make it work for you!
Don't obsess over it, take one day at a time. It's not a race honey. It's about getting healthy and figuring out a plan of how to keep this weight off for the rest of our lives.
I wish you nothing but the best on your journey, we are all here rooting for you [emoji111]️ ((Hugs))

Thank you![emoji5]

2. Quit watching 600lb Life. LOL. Very few peeps lose 50lbs per month. ROFL! Most will average 8-10lbs per month over time. That's still 100-120lbs per year.
Yes I love watching that show but I'm not basing my lost by theres. I myself have felt like I have come to a complete stop but maybe it's just me wishing I could see the difference already
