Who Is Your Doctor And Where Did You Get The Needle?

I would try and get another opinion from your obgyn. It could be from stress, but he should have told you. It is not common to stop your period like that. Amanda

You really need a fill. You should not be eating that type of food. I would call your doctor as soon as possible. Amanda

You might need another fill. Your family should be supportive and not hassle you when you are eating. You should never feel your band. You should just feel a sense of fulness when you eat you portion of food. You might need to go talk to your doctor. DO not feel discourage. YOu just need your rigth fill level. Amanda

Just get you some type of broth, juices, slim fast, popsicles. You will need these when your on you liquids. Let me know how your surgery goes. Amanda

Yes, Sometimes it is hard to drink cold stuff. I prefer to drink my coffee and it relaxes me so that I can drink my crystal light. So you might try drinking the water warm or having something warm or hot to drink first thing. Amanda

Dr. Spiegel did my surgery and his is great. UHC is a great ins. There is no way you should have to pay that much with ins. I would give Dr. Spiegels office a call. UHC only takes about two weeks to get you approved and you can have surgery within a week of getting your letter. Dr. Speigel office number is Houston is 713-960-0003. Tell them Amanda sent you. Being on liquids after your surgery is to make sure that you do not tear your stitches b/c you have people out there that think they can still have a hamburger two days after surgery. I do not know who she met or what office it was, but I have never heard of such a thing. Dr. Spiegel does pick and choose who he does surgery on. I know I have known people that have been turned down.

Dr. Spiegel is the most experienced lapband doctor in the country. He might be busy, but that is because he is the best. I would rather go to a doctor that noses what he is doing, rather than go to a doctor that has only did a hand full of patients. I had my surgery April 7th, 2005, I have lost 90 pounds. I recommend Dr. Spiegel to everyone. In my opion his staff is very nice and understanding, since most of them have the lapband. They may be busy but they always have time for their patients. They are on call 24 hours a day. I love Dr. Spiegel and his staff.

I had my surgery by Dr. Spiegel in April 2005, I have lost 90 pounds, I feel great. Dr. Spiegel and his staff are very support and there for you 24 hours. One of his nurses are on call seven days a week, 24 hours a day. I would never go to a doctor that was not experienced. I researched for 2 years along with my husband and Dr. Spiegel was the most experienced. I would never go to another doctor.

Dr. Spiegel is a great doctor and is the most experienced. I paid for my surgery and it is the best 15,000 I have ever spent. I would recommend him to anyone. The lapband is life changing and it is for the best.
