Thanks, but me and my arms would disagree with you, LOL ❤️

Keep taking pictures. Write down your measurements. When you start to forget how far you've come (and how awesome you look!), the pics and numbers are there to remind you ❤️

I was cleared for everything by week 5. I was able to eat steak...maybe only like 1 oz of it, but it was fine going down (and stayed down). Everyone's plan is different. Listen to your team, but more importantly, listen to your body. -

Yeah, too bad MSG is so very yum and so very not-so-healthy at the same time. -

The patty is really just 50g of corned beef from a can mixed with some chinese five spice, corriander then formed and griddled in sesame oil. The crunchy garlic chili oil is a fave in my house. We used to get only get it a couple times a year when my sister would visit from NYC and she would bring some for us from some store near her work. I couldn't google to try find local sellers because there was nothing (english) I could read on the packaging to Google! I didn't even know what it was called. Then by chance I found it on a shelf in an Asian store here WITH an English stick-on label so I could actually find out what was in it, LOL. Here is a pic of it with the English label (it's a little hard to read, even in person, lol). It really is delicious and the Kid likes to "put that sh*t on EVERYTHING". -
You look amazing! Great Job!!!!

Looks like I'm currently on a (shiratake) noodle soup phase cuz my fridge is still salad-greens-less. One of yesterday's meals: shiratake noodles + dashi broth + pea shoots + corned beef patty + crunchy garlic oil 217 cals - 16g protein - 5g NET carbs - 14g fat Ate it all -
I actually find the opposite...they are soooooo filling that I end up eating less for that day overall, leading to losses if I eat them over extended period of time 🤷🏼♀️

hmmmm...it may be your mirror...perhaps it has a bit of fun-house squashiness accidentally built into it. Do you have another mirror at home to compare? because yeah, you look much smaller looking in the Andy picture...

@shanza's back...yay! ❤️ ...and still looking 10 feet tall and fabulous.

When you can't have too much of a good thing...I count 4 now of this top in various colours. Do we get to see more?!?

I didn't get very sick (just mild to moderate ickiness) , AND a very through bathroom elimination around 11pm, LOL. I think it is because I was grazing with the sugar stuffs all night over several hours vs. eating it all at once. If I had eaten all that junk in a smaller time window, for sure I would've been on the floor.
-
I actually consider it a win that I logged 16. I know for sure that if I didn't log each and ever single one that I popped in my mouth throughout the night, I would have eaten much, much, much more than 16. As for the sleep, I've always been a go-to-bed late person for as long as I remember. Though as I've gotten older, I've also become a get-up-early person...which results in very little sleep overall. ...it helps though that I mostly work from home, so I don't need to be too alert all the time, LOL.

Maybe pair of heels will help? (in RED!) Btw, LOOOVE the denim jacket!!!!!
