Was sleeved in July, but just wanted to tell you all that you got this. It's going to be rough at first but when those times come just remember that the recovery process is only temporary and when you're back on your feet you will be so happy you did this.

Got my surgery date: October 22, 2018....and now the wait... Would love to gather a cohort here to go through this with!!!

October 3rd! I'm nervous! And also excited!
Btw, thanks for labeling this thread "2018." There are two other October threads that don't have the year marked, and I really hope some of us stay in touch through 2019 and 2020, at least. No sense in confusing next year's sleevers!

I’m still attempting to lose.

Would like to make it to Onederland by the end of the challenge.

I feel nervous but I’d like to try this. Weight loss has slowed for me and I like that the challenge addresses food, exercise and the hardest of all — the head stuff. Count me in.

Ok strange thing is I only wanted to use timers consistantly and eliminate my use of Protein Cookies, don't judge me, but in the process I dropped out of a maintenance zone and lost around 7-8lbs... This far into the game that's nothing to gloss over. But I do need to keep some fat around for the possibility of Plastics.
*Maybe* I'll slow down on them 😓. I have a box that I need to figure out how to gift...

Well... we've reached day 31! The last day of January... so now time for update pictures! It's really hard for me to see the difference, I mean really hard. I take solace in the fact that those scrub bottoms don't fit anymore. And as of this morning I'm 12 freaking pounds down! That put me in the mood to run, if you can't tell by my attire lol. See you all in February!

It took a picture for me to really see the difference. I'm hitting week long stalls but I ain't worried! Will definitely be doing the February challenge!

Ok, before/after, 15lbs down. I don't see too much of a difference but I feel great!
