  1. Wow amazing after so much time and effort I'll be going into hospital tomorrow morning...exactly 24 hours I'll be at the hospital. Will be spending today washing and packing everything I need to take, getting a little anxious just hope everything goes smoothly and the recovery is not too hard.. I've done so good I did my own preop diet for 9 weeks just cut out all sugar; junk; and went high Protein low carbs low fats. I'm officially down from highest weight of 322 and today I'm 258lbs ? I assume I'll take on some gas weight but still I'm so happy I'm aiming to get below 200. My ultimate end goal would be 180-190lbs But I'm really hoping this bypass will fix a lot of my medical issues as well.. getting excited and that 2020 will be a whole new year and new life for me this may BE my last post as preop and in hospital I'll be going dark no INTERNET while I'm in hospital just decided I want to take the time TO concentrate on myself and my recovery so you may not hear from me until I return from hospital which could be a few days maybe more... Here in Australia the surgeon won't allow me to leave until I'm doing everything properly and feeling good... Thank you again to everyone and their kind words thus far!! Mikeyy
