    I don't like my Bariatric Team :S

Just keep doing What you're doing I had a dietitian try to tell me things I already knew because like you I've been researching this surgery for a year now I'mglad in Australia we don't need to jump through those hoops for surgery all it takes is a letter from surgeon...

    Today

Well done. 4 days I'll be in hospital having RNY
  10. Hey all coming up to 2 weeks left until surgery starting to think about the puree liquids stage.. What do people use post op because our portions will be so tiny I'm thinking a small stick blender or like a bullet or nutri ninja? The bullets have like different cups of 500ml plus where the stick has a small jug size? I know I'll have to puree pretty much everything I want to eat from eggs to meat to tuna or veggies to very fine consistency?! I can get a cheap stick mixer or nutri ninja like below What are people's opinion or experiences like which works better????
  11. I would just help them understand about healthy foods and fitness and stuff. Never too early to learn about food and fitness

    One week to go

I started my own diet 8 weeks ago. I've lost around 55lbs but stalled last few days so definitely ready for the bypass surgery to kick start my next chapter!!

  21. Mate I suggest you do some reading I've read 1000s of posts on this site and ultimately choose bypass as it is the most successful and highest weight loss percentage in general
  22. New&Improved

    Officially....

    🤣 well done
  23. After a year of waiting and hoping and studying I'll be one week away exactly tomorrow morning!! Monday 28th is my day. I hope this day comes quickly!! I've had great success already on preop but I think I've stalled the last few days so I'm totally ready for the RNY BYPASS surgery!! I'm now back on shakes liquid diet everyday to help cleanse my body before surgery
  24. THAT'S exactly my logic; longer you can do liquids better for healing and of course weight loss I'll be having BYPASS next week!!
