    Pre workout post surgery?

3 weeks you might want to start slow don't push yourself too much. I know I'm not meant to lift anything over like 10lbs until 4 weeks so I'm taking it very easily right now 2 days from 2 weeks post op
  5. Thank you for the reassurance that everything is perfectly fine
  6. Just felt like a little texture so had some yoghurt only a few days from day 14 where I can move to stage 2 if I like, but I am on shakes right now it's weird sometimes I feel hungry other times I'm not; so it's just getting used to this post op life and dealing with these feelings each day. you might be right, it may take weeks before I notice any major restrictions...

I HATE I GOT THIS STUPID SURGERY!

You got surgery for a reason and that's to get healthier and to curb your eating habits.. You should have been prepared for these changes before surgery...

  13. Hi there I'm just a little curious if people actually used chewables in the first weeks or months postop? My dietitian has mentioned it as a good idea to use for the first month at least? Also I've been told the most important vitamins to take are calcium citrate and vitamin D but also K2 may be good?? I know there are others like B12 but My surgeon said it can vary by person and on your post op blood work. Currently my vitamin levels are fine preop. Would like first hand knowledge plz???

No sugar or very low sugar
  18. My surgeon Is very busy and like 2hrs away so I'm curious how or when did people remove their Patches over those inscisions?? I have 6 individual patches over the holes from surgery 9 days ago I shower everyday without any issues.. When should I remove them or should I go to a nurse or doctor to get it removed??? Or can I do it myself they just look like little holes I can't see any stitches just little holes underneath? They were changed in the hospital once already but I think they're meant to be removed soon? I can't get through to my surgeon he's very busy.. There's no coloring or blood or anything the patches look clean and fine.. Thank you.

    Is anyone else always Thirsty?

Yeah since about day 4 post op I can drink a fair amount but my thirst is because of my kidneys mostly... Still have to be careful just to take smaller mouth full at one time but still easily getting in 100oz a day plus shakes.. Still much less than before surgery...
