    I've started my pre op diet which includes meal plan ideas etc, it says the calories and carbs to stick to, but doesn't say how much fat I can have. It just says low fat. I've been having 20g of fat a day (as little saturated as possible) is this too much? Sent from my SM-G965F using BariatricPal mobile app
