Hi and sorry for the delay in replying! I guess what helped me is listening to everything my doctor said and following everything to the letter. Just remember, not everyone loses at the same rate. Just look at every loss, even the littles ones, as pounds or ounces you won't see again. I was stuck a couple of times too and then there will be something that will springboard you right back into losing again. It took us years to gain it and it's gonna take awhile to get it off, but I know you can do it.
