Hi everyone and Welcome. My surgery is November 7th. I am on a low calorie and very low fat (less than 30 g). I am able to pick 4 milk, 2 vegetable, 2 fruit, 2 starch and 4 meat servings each day. I have pre-op test October 30th. What protein shakes have you tried that is good? And what vitamins have you tried that is good also?

I am 48. My surgery is Nov 7th. I wish I had the surgery years ago too, I am excited as my date gets closer.
