2 week post-op

In 2 days i will be 2 weeks out, and moving into the soft food stage! Yay! I HAVE been feeling hunger alot! And I am so sick of sweets! Jello, premier shakes, popsicles etc.. I never craved a scrambled egg with spinach and cottage cheese before, and now it's all I can think about! What is your "first meal" going to be?

I think I did Miso soup with a couple of cubes of tofu which I squished around in my mouth. My first 'real' food was really fresh Salmon sashimi, I think

I am still on liquids till Turkey Day. I will start Puree that day. Your scrambled egg with spinach (not sure about the cottage lol) sounds really good. As odd as it sounds i ok on the liquid for now. No hurry to move past it. I wonder if i am becoming leary of having food due to all the stories i see on here about people upchucking it. Tonight i took out a can of cream of mushroom to try strained.. but honestly and a bit nervous to do so.

I am 12 days post op. I am on liqiud diet til hopeful Wednesday after 1st post op appt with surgeon. I wood love cottage cheese or an egg.
