    October 2018 Sleevers

My 6 month is 4/25 and I’m down 76 pounds since surgery almost ONEDERLAND. I’m averaging about 12-13 per month and I not been exercising sometimes my energy level is next to nothing. I know because I’m not getting my water or meeting calories. I will start exercising this week to meet my 6 month goal at end of month to be low 190s. I’ve lost 10 pounds since last photo

Went for my 1 month post surgery visit down a total of 20lbs that includes a stall of almost 2 weeks of not losing a pound, at first I was hungry, but for the last week I have been nauseous and getting very little of anything in. Maybe 32oz of fluids about 30-40grams of protein. And only time I go (BM) is when have a dumping effect but not putting much in. I have absolutely no appetite so putting something in my mouth is a real struggle, My Doctor told me to go back to 2 protein shakes day to get at least 60g and increase my calories to 1000-1100 a day Now that’s the first I’ve been told to eat more. Is anyone else having a struggle with the thought of eating making the nauseated?

Had mines on 10/25, it is hard to get liquids in and Protein shakes now its the worst, but getting better with it. I stalled as well for last 5 days and even gained, well I amp up my water intake yesterday, got in at least 60-70g of protein and stepped on scale this morning lost 3 lbs 1 pound more then gain I was relieved because I haven’t eaten much, if you are dehydrated like I was you will not lose weight, you will only retain fluid. So hang in there we got this!

Had my surgery on 10/25 everything went well, came home on Friday and that evening started having horrible gas pains and spasms which is like the most part have gone away but still have this spasm type reflux type in my chest that comes and goes I can only drink warm liquids nothing cold trying to get my liquids in which is a little hard with the spasm/reflux. Any suggestions that would help for their spasm or reflux gas x isn’t working?
