  1. Hi All, I've been an "observer" of this site for quite sometime, love the support I'm seeing here, and hope that someone can offer some feedback to me now! I've spent the last 6 months fulfilling the required documentation, consults, etc. as a prerequisite of my insurance, I now find myself facing a dilemma. I've lost some weight in the process, enough so that it has put me just a tad below the BMI considered necessary for WLS, though I still have the pre-existing comorbidities. Has anyone ever been turned down due to having lost "too much" weight in the process leading up to surgery?
