Slim fast advantage is low carb only 2 sugars and high protein without looking I know they are 20 gm protein or more

Ok I’m back on slim fast twice a day and eating 1 meal at dinner will this reset my stomach and cravings

Help I’m so confused. Not loosing much weight 7 months in . I still get full and can’t eat much but I feel like I eat more then I used too . Is this norm . So scared don’t want to screw up but I feel like I might . Eating small meals but snacking to much in between and when I snack I don’t get full . Only when I eat a meal do I get full HELP this doesn’t feel right
