Woohoo!!!!

103 days post op and I am officially "only" Obese!!!  I hit 56 pounds down and a BMI of 34!

5 Days until my bypass.......
5 Reasons I am having my bypass:

1- I need this to help stop the physical pain I am in.  I want to be able to strengthen my back again.

2- I want to look good.  Not gonna lie about that!  

3- I want to be physically active this summer.  I want to get back to playing golf and I want to try kayaking.

4- I need this to assist in my mental health.

5- I want to live longer.

Woohooooooo!
1 week from today and I get to be a loser!
