I am a 30 yr old Male, who has just let my self go way way beyond what I should have. I made excuses every time about why I was not losing the weight, when it was really my own fault. I am working to be more healthy for my kids. To be an example for them, someone they can look up to and be proud of having as a father. My beautiful wife, well should be wife, I am lacking there as well, need to hurry up and put a ring on it.  She is my rock, and has been amazing so far through this, and can't wait to see where the journey may take us,
