  2. Im stalled ? I am feeling a little low, I have been sitting at my current weight for over a month. I can feel myself starting to eat again, not more, but more often. and not good food either. really struggling mentally. I hope I can get over this slump. and start to eat healthier again. do not want to ruin myself again.
  3. thats what i was thinking, the chicken was shredded, with mushy avo and lite mayo, which are all allowed in my mushy diet, so it was just the bread, which was plain white, no seeds ect and as stated no crust. it has been the only thing I ate that didnt cause issues. thanks for your help,
  4. HI all, I am almost 4 weeks post op from a sleeve, and on mushies, I don't know how I feel about this, but I ate half a sandwich ( no crust), it had chicken, avocado and lite mayo, and i chewed it till it was all mushy. it was so good, and my stomach didn't hurt, gargle or give me reflex ect. do you think I have overdone it? I have struggled with the mushy stage with reflux and pain, then did this which I thought would cause issues, and nothing, thoughts anyone?

  17. woot down 1kg (2.2lb) in my preop diet, which I started on the 2nd of this month. My man said to me today, "honey, Ill go shopping for you today, so that you dont have to stress buying food before your surgery,( I have 4 babes aged 12,11,5 and 4 who are currently on school holidays here in Australia) and he brings home a blueberry and custard log for the babes for afternoon tea, Its smelt so good that I wanted to cry. then I made my babes lunch, and the freshest of bread was opened with crusty outside and beautiful inside, the smell was great. havent cheated yet must stay strong (struggling) surgery in 4 more days. I miss my carbs?
