  1. hiya,

    breakfast = bow of special k cereal with cup of semi skimmed milk

    lunch = 4 oz fillet/sirloin steak with cupful of tossed salad with table spoon of mashed potatoes on top or a poached egg

    Dinner = stirfrys, chicken,sweet & sour sauce, mixed veggies, or meat, mashed potatoes,veggies, or sausages, potatoes, veggies

     

    yesterday i had

    breakfast = bacon,sausage,beans,egg

    lunch = poached egg with noodles

    Dinner = lamb roast, roast potato (1), mixed veggies,

    bite of hubbys chocolate egg, spat it out tasted bitter & i normally like a bit of chocolate

    i drink lots of water

    coffee 1 cup a week, only cs i dont like alot

    cup of hot chocolate about 5 a week

     

    i go to the gym & swim... 3-4 times a week.. for 30 mins max

    i have stuck religiously to good foods, i am full all the time so its not allowing me to snack or cheat

    i hope you will lose again very soon

    just remember to play around with your food choices,

    i also had a chinese curry sat night with rice... no problems...

Hi Lou, ty for the lovely comments on my blog, I started to watch my foods before i had to go on the pre-op diet about 2 weeks before & then i stuck to EVERYTHING i was told 100%, I was up & walking 2 hours after surgery & kept moving when i got home daily, I had to do the 4 week liquid diet, I have 3 meals a day, cereals, steak or venison burger with vegetables or salad, then chicken or turkey with vegetables & potatoes, drink plenty of water mixed with a squash, coffee, couple glasses of wine a week (its nice to treat yourself), i joined a gym about 3 weeks ago, i go 3 times a week, i swim too now..

    You will be fine when you get lap banded, you will be so happy seeing the weight come off.. its the best thing i have ever done..

    I'm going to get my belly button pierced when ive lost the remeinder of my weight... set goals for yourself it does help :)

Hi elizabeth, ty for your nice comment on my blog, I hope you are feeling a little better, stick with it its so worth it & ignore anyone on here telling you its ok to cheat or anything.. its not, thats why weve had the band done... I have followed everything my doc is telling me, it might be 6 weeks before i have my first fill, some have it 2 weeks after the op, but over here you have to be on a liquid diet for 4 weeks (soups & milk) then a soft food diet for 2 weeks then normal foods for 2 weeks then a fill... i am so happy with myself as i never in my wildest dreams thought i would lose as much as i have in just over 6 weeks..I know it will slow down at some stage i will up my fitness & look forward to being slimmer for summer

  6. hi if you go to your user cp top left hand side of page..click that then left hand side click signature, scroll down to the blank box, then copy & paste the ticker link into that box then click save at bottom & your ticker should be in your box always..

  7. hi there..once you have filled out your stastitics, hit the save button at the end of it, then copy & paste it on to your signature..then hit the save on your signature, it should then have your ticker there....where are you from ?...Debbie
