Hello! How was Michigan? Did you have a great Mother's Day? I have an appointment on Wednesday to see the doc for the first time. I'm so excited! Plus I leave to El Paso for 10 days for work. I'll be climbing up tanks and so I'm afraid I'll end up losing some weight. Crazy! I hope I don't! Ha! Anyhooo! Have a great week! Ciao!

Hi! How ya doing? I'm doing okay. I have bad news. I was denied once again. I didn't meet the weight reqirement and I'd have to gain almost 35 lbs to probably be considered. It's okay. I went ahead and started Jenny Craig and I've lost 5 lbs this week. I'll keep in touch to see how your WLS is going. Take care! Have a great weekend!

Hi! Glad to hear your jaw surgery went well. How ya feeling? I got back from Tucson about an hour ago. The Pysch Eval went well. She said I make a great candidate. We talked for about 45 minutes and she asked if I was an emotional eater, any mental illness, my family health history and a few other questions. So, Tricare said 100lbs, huh? Well, I'm 5'3 and I'm not at 100 lbs. The doc said I might get it due to my PCOS and the possibility of sleep apnea. Take it easy! Hope you are feeling great! Ciao!

Hi! How's it going? I'm down 10lbs and feeling GREAT! I figured there was a reason why I was denied. So, I'm making better choices and exercising more. It's time to do something and I'm going to do it. How's your home? Hubby and I installed some new vanity lights in the bathrooms. The one's that came with the house weren't so great. Hi! Just got off a 36 hour work day. I work as a contractor testing radios in HMVEES, tracks and tanks. Thank goodness I get to leave on Monday. I went to my appt and doc says I'm a candidate. I have my pysch eval on June 3 and I have to do a sleep study. What is the pysch eval all about? Hope you are doing great! I need some sleep! Take care! Ciao!

I feel really silly! Just read you'll be banded on Monday. Best of Luck! I'm super nervous and I haven't been approved. I'm not over 100lbs but have PCOS, asthma and maybe sleep apnea. Hopefully Tricare will approve with those co-morbid's. I'd appreicate if you were to share your experience with me after you are feeling better. I've been seeing Dr. Monash as well. Still no word on the appeal. It still shows Pending Review. I'm hoping it'll come back Approved! How's the wls going? I see 31 pounds. That's amazing! Keep it up!

CONGRATS! How exciting?! I still haven't heard anything from my appeal. It still shows Pending Review. I'm getting so anxious. I get bummed out at times but I guess I have to be patient. Best of luck on your journey!

Hi, Chicky! How ya doing? I passed your neck of the woods last night and thought of you. Sleep study went well. I got there around 9pm and was wired by 10 and in bed at 10:30. I slept pretty decent and woke up around 2am because one of the sensor's fell off my leg. Got home around 7:30am and went to bed. Ha! The drive home made me tired. Overall the experience wasn't bad at all. I'll find out hopefully in a week what came out of it. How's the mushies going for ya?

Hi, Sweets! How ya doing? Life is good here! Just been super busy after the holidays. I was in OK for two weeks with my hubby's family. My step-son graduated from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. We are sooo proud! I gained a pound back from the 14 I've lost. I need to get back into the swing of things. But I will. It's a hard road but one that I want to take. Well, just wanted to stop by and say hello! Miss ya!

Hi! Sorry I haven't been around. I've been super busy at work plus we have tons of packing to get down. We close on our new house on the 21st. Appeal is still under Pending Review. Hopefully I'll get word soon! I see you are doing great with the band. How was your first fill? Be honest! Thanks for your support!

Hi! Sweets! Happy, Happy Birthday! Hope you had a SUPER day! Thanks for writing! I still haven't seen a change on Triwest. It still says Pending Review. I'm hoping it'll say Approved one day soon! The house we built is here. Hubby has two years left for retirement and we plan on sticking around here. Thirty-five pounds is awesome! I hope that I'll be as successful!
