  1. At least it will go in after u r asleep! If its still in when you wake up, it will prob be removed once you are up and walking and can go pee under your own steam.

  7. For the last 3 years, i have been avoiding all reflective surfaces. Which means, front glass doors. Which means I always stand to the side when knocking on peoples' front doors. I m.sure people think its freaky,,,looking forward to presenting a normal persona in this world. Lol
  8. I have the same surgery date- we are surgery twins! I agree with your wl dr.- bet your pregnant with in months of dropping the weight.
  9. Found a great podcast. Its called "Weight Loss Surgery Podcast". There is a mental, emotional and spiritual part of each podcast that had given me some insight. I think its a free podcast too.

  11. I feel silly asking, but what exactly is a strained cream soup? For ex- would i make a canned soup, say cream of chicken, as per directions and then dump it thru a strainer, and what comes thru the strainer i can eat? Did i just answer my own question, lol?

  15. Im trying to practice the no drinking 30 mins b4 eating n 30 mins after,,,never realized how thirsty i get after eating! Which leads me down the path of wanting to stay properly hydrated all day....
