Has anyone hit a stall? Was doing good losing the lbs., but the scale hasn’t moved in weeks! Is this “normal”? thanks!

Hi Megan i am so impressed that you can get all your liquid in! I am having the hardest time! I also have some of the nausea pills left but wanted a non medical way of coping with this - I will try the ginger... Thank you so much!

Yes, I had the patch at my surgery also and was great! My nausea started about 3 weeks ago when I transitioned to soft foods. I just can’t figured out why ... I then got dehydrated (due to not drinking or eating cuz of the nausea) which led to a UTI - I am a mess 😥and wondering when this will even out and I will start feeling good about this decision. So many others do! I hope you are doing well and wish you luck on your recovery!

Am 6 weeks post op and am still feeling nauseous with a big dose of buyers remorse I am having difficulty adjusting to my new lifestyle and am impatient to feel normal again!! Taking PPI and trying to be mindful of what I am eating but .... hoping this gets better soon!

Ok - maybe I am still eating incorrectly and should be more mindful? Thank you for your responses - it helps so much!!

Yes I am on a PPI - I just thought I would be eating (granted in much smaller quantities) by now and have more energy. I am still having buyers remorse and trying to get past that regret - I don’t think a negative mindset will help

Sleeved on 7/16 and still feeling nauseous and unable to find anything that tastes good! I know it took over 40 years to get into the unhealthy lifestyle but can’t find a way into my “new” one! Very discouraged and depressed Please tell me when this will get better!
