Do you have a Treat, what is it, and how often.
I am three months post and I treat myself with a snack size snickers almost every day....I track my food every day and if I can get it in I DO!!!!! just be careful 1 doesn't turn into 21...lol

40 something sleevers?
42 sleeved in August and feel better than I did before surgery....just take it slow...off all blood pressure, diabetes meds...its a great feeling

I am drinking a lot of water don't know if its 128oz Shake in morning light protein snack small lunch some grazing on peanuts Golf and walking is my exercise not much other than that. No weights How do you track fat loss

Understandable just get frustrated eating right with a little exercise and stuck. Patience was never my strong point...lol

Had sleeve almost 2 months ago. Started at 300lbs down to 242lbs and cant get below how long do the stalls last? Getting frustrated

Yes you will have headaches but it gets better hang in there its worth it in the long run !!!!!!

Yes it is...I have had zero issues and very thankful for it after reading some of the posts ...just take it slow!!!!

Yes it does I get extremely frustrated with not being able to drink that is my biggest problem other than that it's all good

Afraid that I'm going to let fear of pain prevent me from going through with surgery
I thought the pain was minimal you just need to walk and do more walking that is the key!!!! Just sore but no sharp pain...you can do it
