I never thought of my chapstick...a big thanks!!! I'm also taking my own pillow because I know I don't like the hospitals. Someone told me my own clothes to be comfy in but I'm comfy in the hospital gowns and I'm going to rock it walking down the halls lol.

Today after 53 minutes of cardio i had grilled salmon with veggies for lunch and i snacked on dark chocolates and handful of nuts

This is finally the last day of my Optifast. Tomorrow I can have Clear Liquids (sounds heavenly) and Tuesday is "the" day. I don't EVER want to see another Optifast item again LOL.

I'm on the 11th day of 13 days pre-op Optifast diet. I hate the bars, but can tolerate the Soups & shakes. I get a call from my dietician today saying my potassium is high and if I eat a lot of the soups that could be the reason. So, now I'm down to 1 Soup a day and 6 shakes. I caved and ate 2 eggs, 1/2c cottage cheese and will have 3 shakes for the rest of the day. I guess my cheat wasn't too awful and it was amazing to chew food again lol

Hi everyone, I'm new here and would like to introduce myself. I'm a 47yr old wife and a mom of 3 (27yrs, 10yrs & 9yrs) I'm addicted to food and an over eater. Nothing dark or sinister in my childhood to make me like this, just...I LOVE FOOD lol. So, I'm lurking around.
