How long ago was your surgery?

Are these pics the amount you ate? Seems like a lot to be eating after only 3months out of surgery. I am a year post op and quite confused about how much I should be eating. Only lost 52 pounds and gained 5 back.

Wow! That's encouraging to me. I'm pre-surgery and thrilled to see one can eat like that after surgery. I guess I always imagined we'd be limited to like 1/2 a cup at a time. Looks good and healthy!
