  1. Mine regrew. Current Dr won't repeat it. Calling old Dr in Florida for 2nd opinion
  2. Ive never seen the chart. I'm bad because I don't keep track of my water like I should. I keep an eye on color. Too yellow need to drink more. I try to listen to my body instead
  3. I started losing about 3.5 months post op. Hair is very thin to begin with. Looking at toppers and a wig that is the same style I wear my hair now
  4. I had problems in that area for about 3 weeks and lived off Imodium.
  5. I have pcos and the metabolic syndrome that goes with it. Down little over 70 lbs since August surgery. BP almost back to normal, a1c iz normal, cholesterol normal (1st time in 20 yrs), but the female pcos symptoms with cycles had come back in full force. My gyn said my body is doing the opposite of what they expected. Story of my life lol
  6. Congrats!!!! I've been floating between 202 and 204 for a few weeks now. Can't wait to join you in onederland!!

Can still be a solo activity lol
  10. OK with the holidays I've been nibbling on the cookies. Still losing weight and still tracking numbers. I won't be able to get completely on track until after oldest son bday. Today is youngest. Rumchata cheesecake for him. Jan 4 is next one. Rumchata caramel flan. Avoiding alcohol still (4m postop). So just a bite or two but still a cheat
  11. I get those questions and I'm at 203lbs currently. So telling them I'll be staying where I am and just keep going lol
  12. Which Dr? I had Singh. Met Wynn during hospital stay
  13. In hospital clear fluids, after discharge fluids couple weeks then puree then soft. You'll get it
  14. Lol. This is preop. Not postop
  15. I was told it was normal to stay one night. You'll spend most of that night walking around the floor with the iv lol. I had a steady supply of ice chips and an ice pack for my stomach. Best things!!
  16. OK so you haven't done the nut yet. Thought you had. You'll be weighed each visit you can't be over the starting weight from visit one when you weigh in on the 3rd visit with the nutritionist. After you get your surgery date set and are approved is when you'll start Robards
  17. And you'll lose 5-10 lbs most likely
  18. Oh and skip the soups. They suck. Protein bars are good last 2 or 3 days you can't eat those. The pudding is pretty yummy
  19. If it's with chrias you do Robards for 2 weeks. They told me outpatient as well. Mine was done at 1pm. Went home next day.
  20. Omg this is me!!! I had a tubal and ablation in 2011. Pcos for 25+ yrs. Life was great. Bypass in August 2 days after surgery period heavy like I was a teenager for 7-8 days straight. Sept same thing. Oct same thing but then......10 days after October's stopped I started spotting and that continued until November's started for another 8 days. 2 days after it stopped spotting again until December's started. Went to gyn last week. Make it stop!!!!! Did blood work. Did ultrasound waiting for official results but Cysts still on ovaries. On 10 days of Provera then on birth control again. Dr days not enough studies to show results for repeat ablation. Talked about uterine artery embolization. I researched later that had even more mixed results. Most of the things my pcos caused eg high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc have gone back to normal but cycles are just like they were in the beginning. I am having flashbacks to the early days of either no period or spotting constantly. I'm just happy right now on the Provera so things will stop being sore!!!!
  21. Wow mine was only for 30 days postop no caffeine. I do flavored teas and at work I do half decaf half reg and use caramel protein drink as a creamer
  22. I'm taking it just for regulating cycles but if I was still able to get pregnant I'd def look into implants or shots. Don't you have to "check" the iud periodically?
  23. I have pcos. I'm 4 months postop and those symptoms have come back full force. 47 yrs old with a tubal and back on bc pills due to either that time of the month or spotting daily since October
  24. Gelato I use for pain that doesn't respond to Tylenol. Northern lights gives munchies
