    Interpreting men

I'm still used to being invisible. Working on being comfortable. The gym is not a place to hit on someone. To hear back that these two individuals thought I was hitting on them was weird. four years there and this has never come up before.

  8. You know yourself and what foods trigger you into eating fast. Some things that may help with behavior change. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/mindful-eating-guide#section1 Mindful eating. Slowing down and savor every texture and flavor. Eat more slowly and don't rush your meals. Chew thoroughly. Eliminate distractions by turning off the TV and putting down your phone. Eat in silence. Focus on how the food makes you feel. Stop eating when you're full. Ask yourself why you're eating. Are you actually hungry? Is it healthy?

Absolute petrified to step foot inside

I am supportive of anyone at any size at the gym. People will see your hard work and the pounds coming off. You never know who you will inspire. Most of us have been judged by negative people in places besides the gym. You know who is supportive. Keep them around you. I am the wrong person to make a negative statement in the gym or anywhere about weight. Its funny because most don't know I was obese.

Is there a standard maintenance plan? My maintenance has changed and evolved over the years. I would hate to have anyone in weight loss mode look at my food diary and think they are going to lose weight.

How long until you could tolerate meat?

I had great surgery restriction in the first months. If I ate 4 0z of less dense protein sources I could get veggies in. As I progressed out from surgery, I am able to add more variety with my protein without much effort. Eating becomes more normal over time. Hang in there.
  22. I was diligent with working out my first two months. Third month, I started taking the quick weight loss for granted. My home treadmill became a place to hang my clothing. It stalled out my weight loss and set me back. This was the moment I realized this takes work. The honeymoon was over. Sold my treadmill and bought a gym membership.
  23. I'm so jealous that you are having plastics. What are you going to get done?
