  1. hey vicky and rain, im hear and doing good. i went on tuesday and i have lost 10lbs in the last 2wks and 3days. i was very tight at first. i opted not to get any removed. its slowly loosening up now i have been able to eat solid food for the last week now just not that much. it feels good to see the scale moving again. i hope everyone is doing good. im learning that this is a slow process but, im in it for the long haul.

    thought i would update you i went to the wlc on tuesday and i have lost 10lbs in 2wks and 3days. i feel happy about that.
  4. that is good veronica. i have been doing well since i got this fill. i have lost 10lbs since the 17th of last month. i still feel tight some but, im scared to get any out as i know i will gain. keep up the good work.

  8. hey all, rose so glad you found something to take some of the stress off. wow i to go to the dr tomorrow but not for a fill. i went an got on my reg dr scale today and it says im down another 2.7lbs from last tuesday. if feel excited i know just gotta incorparate the gym back into it. so i will let you all know what the clinic's scale says. as that is the one i go by.

    hey jeff thought i would come and update you went to my dr today for a check up and i lost 6lbs according to there scale. it feels good to see the scale moving again. so i guess the fill was needed and doing its part so now im gonna work hard and do mine. just wanted to say thanks for the support.
  17. well its another new month and we are still moving toward the finish line. so i want to congradulate everyone for the lbs lost. i hope everyone continues to keep us all updated and we get more people to come join in. my goal for this month will be 6lbs. i went today and i lost 6lbs so the fill i got 2wks ago was much needed and it feels good to see the scale moving again.

  21. hey everyone hows it going. im so glad everyone is back. laurel how was the park. and did you end up getting the fill today and if so how did it go. i totally understand you being scared about slippage. dicuss it with our dr and see what the answer is. i totally understand about the being busy. i have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off. when every you find time.:thumbup: rose im glad to hear you have gotten back on schedual. i returned to the gym yesterday it was cool. i want you to make time for your self every day rose just so you dont become over whalmed. even if its 10. mins. and yes honey i will pray for your angel and your family. i think i would like to start swimming as well i hear its very good for you and on your joints. do you like it. i hope you get your fill or at least make the appointment. well everyone keep me posted on how and what everyone is doing. me im now able to eat and im happy about that. but, im taking it slow. im eating about 805-1080 calories a day. that is so weird. my dr said im not eating enough. im working on trying to get up to 1200.
