    i do understand your point but, yes there is some that would. in any case yes you are young but, you have to try and prepare you self for what ever. but, try and stay stress free. and i know that is hard. that is one that is better said then done. im still practicing that one. but hang in there honey. keep me posted on whats going on. or if you just want to talk im here for ya.

  3. im glad laurel as you need some time for you. and thanks so much laurel god knows i need them. rose sorry to hear things are not going so great. you hang in there. you only have 30more lbs to loss rose? tell me how does the dr know you are at your sweet spot. how much do you have now. oh ya at my last visit the dr didnt want to tell me how much i had he said alot of people get to wrapped up in the amount. i said i just wanted to know. so he told me. i got stuck today on beef jerky can you believe it. well ladies im here for ya and love ya to. laurel tell me what do you do in the water robics class and does it help you.

    honey always remember there is some out there that long for a piece of what you have. i have two friends that my heart goes out to every day one cant get pregnant nor has ever been pg. and the other can get pg just cant carry it long. and here i am with kids. one cant understand how it feels to be pg while the other want understand giving birth. when i had my son that past they where there for me. one cried cuz she could understand my pain while the other one couldnt but, hurt cuz i did. she said i would give my left arm if i could have what you have even if for a minute. i later asked her what if your baby was born with major problems she said i would still be a blessing and i would love it just the same most likely more. last year the seconde friend got pg the dr wanted her to have an amnio 1st friend said why would you not want it if some thing where wrong. she said she would have to think about that one. we both agreed it wouldnt matter to either of us. so honey you see god gave you a child some can never ever feel what you feel. and they long for that. both of my friends feel like they are not women cuz they cant bare kids. so dont feel that way cuz there is always someone in a worser position. trust me god knew you could handle it.as he never puts more on us than we can bare. you have a son that just requires more attention from you than others. im praying for you that all goes good.he majority of my son's problems.

    hi the best thing is to take it easy and pray that all is well. but, really a baby is a blessing. but, have you ever been tested for genetics to see what the reason is for it. dont worry so much no need to put added stress on your self. pray about it and then put it in gods hands.
  7. hey all glad to hear from you laurel. im just coming back from vagas my daughter had a model show there she came in 3rd place. wish i would have been 1st. and i eat alittle bit of junk food while i was there. so back on track on monday and i have to get back to the gym then. i have to really push myself. 2hrs is great laurel. how is work going. and thats fine about next week thank you. rose where are you, are you ok.

  9. hey all hows it going. hey bugs i know just what you are talkin about. in my case it was barb and laurie but, i was not haven it and set there tails straight so there is no problems with either now. barb does say thing some times and i tell her off and keep it moving. i have told all of them they have to work on there tone with people cuz them might run into the wrong person. so now they ok hell but, im not there for friendship so just do ya job and leave the room. kim she cool maybe you should tell her how she is making you feel. she might not even know that is what she is doing. then if it continues tell here off. then say get the hell out of my room. hell i did.:scared2: but any ways since getting this fill a month ago im doing good. still tight but, it managable now. i have lost 15lbs in a month as of today. so my mini goal is to loss 20 more by september when i go to the bahamas. so if you count my weightloss before surgery and now im getting there. still have a long way to go though but, i will get there. yeah cynthia hows it going glad to see you back. we gone have to chat it up one day.
  10. i wish you luck you can do it. i went to see he dietions and im down 5.2 more lbs. so that puts me at 15lbs lost in a month as of today. so im trying to loose 20 more my sepember when i go to the bahamas. so i have to stick to the plan and not slack off. so the fill is still tight but its workable now. im not pbing every day like before so im very glad i got the fill.
  11. ok where is everyone been hiding. well here is my update. i went to the wlc again today to see the dietion and i lost 5.2more lbs sine last week so that puts me at 15.2lbs in a month. if feel happy im now trying for 20lbs by september when i go to the bahamas. so i have 2 months to get to my mini goal. well enough about me how is everyone doing.
  12. hi truediva was wondering if you could send me the basics of you muffins you be maken. thursday b-turkey lunchable s-6oz yogurt w/1tbs sunflower seeds l-soft shell mighty taco d-2large eggs, w/mayo,onions on a rice cake _____________ 841calories 62oz c.lite went to a cancert in the park today i was so hot and so many people there i fainted. emt said i was dehydrated at the time i had only eat the lunchable and that was at 10am. how the hell do you forget to eat that i have never forgot to do.
  13. hi paige, let me give you a few words when i started i was 436lbs and im 5'3. i joined the gym at first i couldn't do 5mins on the treadmill i got better in time now can do the elliptical for 45mins. hand in there it gets better. there will be good days and there will be bad days. do this for me honey reach for the starts and should you fall get you tail back up and start again. i believe you will get there. im pulling for you. see you at the finish line.

  18. hey you where have you been hiding. glad to hear that your doing well. well that is all that matters my dr said go by your cloths. so if you are having your cloths altered then your doing your thing.:frown: any excerise is good. i have to pick up my workout also. but, i to am really busy but, im gonna make the time. in any case keep up the good work and come hang out with us more often.
  19. yes honey it is. i myself try and keep my goal low so i dont get wacked out if i dont make the goal. i got a fill and it is working for me but, i might have alittle much in. but, im gonna work with it. as i gained last time i had some removed. but, it is getting better. some days it is tighter than others. and i have a question for pete can you tell me how many calories you eat a day. and a exsample of your menu for the day.

    need help

    hi all im china i have been lerking around here i do come here some times. well here is my problem i got bandie in 12/08 and lost great before and some afterwards. i fell off the wagon when i felt i wasnt lossing as much as my mind thought i should be lossing. i think i gave you. started eating sweets some hell more than i should. droped my excerise workout from 5days a wk to 2-3. now i got a fill and just trying to get back on track. and for the first time im scared that i cant. its been 2 days and i feel restriction for sure as i did try and eat and got sick so im back on liquids and thats fine for now. i joined over eaters ann. and go to my first meeting tonite. i feel excited about this move i just made. but, feel funny cuz im starting over. i to have alot of weight to lose and just gotta get on the rigth track. any suggestion on how to do that. my problem is the food part. im good with the work out part im going to start back working out 4 days a wk and walking at the park 3days a wk our park here is 3.2miles so im good there. and i have an appointment w/ the nutricionist soon. so im getting there.
