  1. hi everyone i thought this would be also a fun task to post what we ate today. i thought it would help us stay on track plus help someone that was having a problem with what there eating or things to that nature. so i'll post first what i eat yesterday: b-protein shake w/soy milk s-4oz jello l-3oz chix salad mashed s-nothing d- 1egg w/veggies s-nothing :cry_smile::thumbup:

    No weight loss

    i feel the same way. i thought i should have lost more than what i have. i have had 1 fill and i lose here and there. how ever i have lost inches. but, at my weightloss center they dont weigh in inches they do pounds. im gone hang in there i go for my seconde fill in march hopefully that one will work. yes i do get discourage as i know im doing what im supose to and im just losing inches. its a bit over whelming.:tongue2:
  5. hi everybody im here. got back this morning about 9am it was a very nice trip. i walked alot and worked out that the gym the hotel had one. i did eat some and feel ok with it and i shopped alot. i know what you mean allie about thinking you would have lost more. did you gamble while in atlanitic city laurel. rose i to had wine and it was ok. i had a nice v-day. palm springs rose that sounds really romantic. well im back and back on program i agree we all need to stay together. im still not happy to see the scale not moving but, i do see that im losing inches. im working on it though. have a good day all where is matty?
  6. good morning all hope every one is doing great this morning. well im will be leaving tonight going to nyc for the weekend. going shoping for my kids and things that's my mini valetines get away. im excited i look to travel. other than that im doing ok. funny story last month i went and bought new panties right well yesterday i had a pair on an my old man looked and said what is wrong with your panties i said what he responded did you lose the bathroon in them why are they hanging like that. then he goes put your close on. i go to the mirror and it just was sad it looked like a baby's diaper would after they have had it on for a while and used the bathroom a few times. so i went and bought a smaller size. i seem to be lossing alot of inches vs weight. i guess thats good. happy v-day everyone and have a great weekend talk to everyone on monday.

    hi mary yes i live in kenmore and yes i have been to 3 support meetings they are fun as you get to hear what others for doing and feeling. i will send you my phone number so we can talk. so you live in angola now. who is your dr. do you come to buffalo ever.
  10. hi all well i went to the gym tonight and it felt great i burned 410 calories while there. so here is what i eat 2day b- 5oz chicken salad, 1c grape juice l- orange protein shake d-1c of spaghetti w/4 turkey meat balls s-1/2 cereal w/ 1/4th milk was 1431 calories-410 burned at gym=1021 37ozs of fluid drank today

    hi mary i see you are in buffalo like me. when did you get band and how much did you get in your band. i was band 12-15-08 and i have 3cc in a 10cc band. i seem to be doing alright. maybe we can chat some times. do you ever go to the support meetings at buffalo general hospital. i will send you my number is you wanna talk or walk some times. let me know and i will private it to you. the next meeting is the 3rd wednesday of the month i think. im china by the way.
  12. hi all welcome back matty how is everyone doing these days. well i have been doing the formula 40-30-30 diet and it been going ok. well as of right now i have 871 calories 4oz chicken salad an orange protein shake w/1tbs. walnuts 4oz apple juice and that is it. going to the gym at 8pm. might eat alittle spighetti later but, i night go to tops and get me a weight watchers dinner. i did notice that im not eating as much and not very hungry lately. still trying to get the water intake up as i know im not drinking as much as i should. congradulations matty on the fill. keep us informed on how things are going. you need a fill laurel how do you know. does anyone else need one. how long does everyone excerise. and is anyone lifting weights yet.
  13. hi all hows everyone doing today? well im doing alright today i awoke in my right mind and on my game i had an oj protein shake this morning. whats in it 1 c of orange juice 1/2c 2% milk 1tsp. orange extract 1 scoop whey protein 2 1/3tbs. slice almonds 1 slenda optional
  14. well sorry to hear your ill again rose get better soon. well i didn't get to eat the chicken wrap as i went to the casino and while there i had an oatmeal raisine cookie and a med, coffee. will do better tomorrow. so i had 1178 calories today
  15. hi all we i didn't start the diet today as i need to go grocery shopping first but, didn't have time will go on monday. but, i did eat very light today so far i had b-4oz sweet potatoes mashed s-s/f pudding l-1/4 of a boston market chicken craver sandwich s-1/2c squash d- 1 chicken, spinach w cheese wheat wrap
  16. i to have been thinking about going to talk to a couselor as i to am an emotional eater. right now i have alot on my place and alot of people that depend on me and some times it becomes a bit over whelming. but, im ok now i will come here tomorrow and post on here what and how much i ate. i have change the menu so much but, im gonna keep this one. and you guys just dont know how excited i am to be going back to the gym. im gonna try and burn at least 400 calories a day so then that will help me with the weightloss. i gotta pick up my water intake also. well good nite all i hope everyones weekend was good.

  18. hey everybody, im glad to hear everyone is doing so good. i finished my weekly menu today i start tomorrow. congradulation rose and allie on the weighloss. what about you laurel how is the band doing for you. im not gone lie ladies i have had some moments of weakiness. i have been having alot of family problems but, i cant let that interfer with what im trying to do. but, i do notice i dont eat as much as before. i just gotta give the band a chance to work. meaning i do my part and let it do its part. and that is what i plan to do.
  19. hey everyone how is everyone doing these days. welcome back allie. well im feeling alot better. im going to be going back to the gym on monday. im very glad about that. well im working on a menu of meals for the week. im gonna do formula 40-30-30. its a dieabetic diet. but, im not diebetic though. i start on sunday with ny friend she is gonna do south beach. i feel happy about this. gotta get the scale back moving. i think i got alittle bite behind. not doing as good as i can. so now im gonna give it my all and see what happens. i did learn one thing when you dont eat for a while you go out of control. sundays the big day wish me luck. will keep everyone posted on how im doing.

  21. hi all i to was wondering what the calorie intake should be. i do post on daily plate and it really helps me. i have noticed that i eat between 1200-1500 calories a day then i do the gym 5 days a wk. i have to make healthier food choices. i thought i would have lost more than i have and i guess i get discouraged alittle. im starting formula 40-30-30 on sunday. that is a diet thats like south beach. 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein i think. we i will see if that gets it going
  22. hello ladies, i to have noticed that im losing inches over weight. its ok but, i must admit i thought i would have lost more weight than this. this band is some real work. but, im up for the challenge:biggrin:. congradulations rose on your daughters wedding. well starting sunday im going back on south beach diet or formula 40-30-30. hoping that will do it for me and i will see the scale move. i woke up this morning and i noticed that when i blow my nose i hear Water in my ear and it gets plugged. im so tired of this cold stuff.

  25. hi all sorry i didn't get to responde to your post yesterday i sleepin off and on all day. i sure will be happy when this cold goes. well i went to the dr's about my cold as it should have been gone by now so he changed my medication to some thing stronger. i know i gotta try and eat some thing i feel so week. rather hard to eat when i cant breath. i slept with the vaporizor it only made me more stuffed up. i haven't been to the gym going back hopefully monday. well that's my day hope everone's was good.
