  1. hi ladies, glad to have everyone back. i think im gonna try and stay around 1300 calories a day. i feel so excited to be getting a fill in the morning its been 2 months since i got one. i have sat down and made me out a meal menue and changed up my excerise plan up and feel happy with it. so i will see how it goes. i think i just fell off due to stress. my son is really getting on my nerves he is :thumbup:. then the thing with that company and pay-pal but, im ok now and trying to get back on track. im strong and will see it through. also getting excited about going to the bahama's in september so that means i have i have 5 and a half months to get ready so that is my motivation at this point. well everyone keep up the good work and dont be a strange.

  3. i think 1200 is a good number. i think im gonna try and stay around 1200-1400 only becuz when i go to the gym i burn 600-650 in calories so after you take that out i would only be eating 600-800 calories after words. so im gonna see how this feel works for me. keep me posted on how it is working for you.
  4. hi laurel and rose, yes laurel you are except if you have funs still available they want you to use all money before they will reimburse you. and i just wasnot able to do that so i just closed the account. laurel can you tell me have you or rose ever asked what calorie goal one should be at. i go for a fill on tuesday. and i think i need this one. well i hope everyone has a nice weekend.

  7. hey laurel and rose glad to have you back rose and im so excited that you had a chance to pamper your self with ya man. now as for me im ok im not mad much any more if i get my order that's good if i dont im just gonna choke it up as a learning experience. and i closed my pay-pal account and went to my bank and put the money in there and got a secure credit card that has limit double to the money that i put in there that is just for my business. and im very happy with that. i went to the gym today and worked out for 30 mins on the elliptical and burned 450 calories and i felt so much better after leaving there. have been thinking about trying to change up mu workout like doing cardio one day and weights another day. so that's what page im on. well talk to everyone later. oh yeah does anyone goes to the book store or not but, i want us to do the formula 40-30-30 diet. maybe everyone can go and look at the book and let me know what you guys think.:cursing:
  8. hi every body how's it going. well today is just not my day. i found a new supplier due to the other one changing there product. any who i placed an order with this company and got that one i placed the seconde order yesterday and used pay-pal and was waiting for a conformation and a tracking number how ever my oder went through but, i never got a conformation or tracking number so i go and check the company out and there name is on a scam list. i call pay-pal and they say that i have to first use all my funds on the card before they can file a claim. so in nother word im screwed. i sent the company and e-mail again today and i came back saying invaild address. so i lost $450. i guess that is what i get for not looking around. i didn't think much of it as i have did business with them before and didn't check and see what was with them. i can just kick myself, my order is suppose to come on monday im hoping it does but, i have never not gotten a conformation number or a tracking number. i should have known as there payment options where western union, money gram, pay-pal. most company's i use i just use my credit card.:thumbup::thumbup:

  10. hey everyone i know what you mean about giving back. i use to work at one and i was really involved in it. i always keep in touch with different ones. i always volenteer at childerens hospital as i feel so blessed that they were there for me and my family in my time of need. also i go on tuesday for my fill and i must say i cant wait. im trying really hard to get back on track i think some where i fell really weak. i have been going to the gym and that is really helps out alot. i'm gonna start walking at the park again as the weather gets warmer. funny thing happen today i went to the chinese place after leaving the gym and the lady there said to me you almost skinny you alot smaller i have not seen her since the day before my surgery. that made me feel so go. i also burned 643.7 calories in 50mins today on the eliptical.:huh2: well keep me posted on whats going on as i will to. rose where you at.

  13. i hear you sister one day at a time right now im happy and ok with were im at. this weekend was ok i did have a sliver of cheese cake yester day for dessert and it was so good. and im ok with that as i would have almost eat the whole thing in the past so a small peice is a huge improvement for me.

  15. i hear ya laurel i have not been making the best food choices but, im working on it. but, i have been getting alittle better with it the last 2 days. and you so right about not being able to please everyone. im just taking it one day at a time. hell it took me all this time to get overweight its gonna take me some time to get back healthy. so on that note im gonna try and be paitent:biggrin: so see everyone at the finish line:laugh:

  19. hi all hows it going, i hear ya laurel i to seem to be eating alot more than i want to these days. but, im trying to get it under control. i to am having some issues with my kids and yes da man. but, im gone get that under wraps for sure. well im back at da gym and have started walkin at da park at least 2x's a week so im happy about that. and i finally go da water pills gonna start them tonight.

  22. i feel ya on that laurel i to am not doing as good as i should be. its getting harder thats for sure. since coming home from the hospital seems like i cant get enough to eat. but, im gonna hang in there and wait it out. hang in there laurel. rose where you at.:sneaky:
  23. hi all im china i come here often and just read and was wondering if i could join. i have not been doing as great as others and im getting back on track now and thought this would help me out. i must say its alot harder than i thought it was gonna be but, im up for the challenge.:lunch:
  24. hi all i have not posted in a minute well here is the update on me i got a real bad cold and had to go to the hospital for 2 days but, was sick for a few days before that. thought i would have lost but, in fact gained 5lbs. im home now and feeling much better, and not really worrying about the 5lbs right now. i feel i need a fill and go for one on the 30th of this month.
  25. hi ladies im here went to the hospital for 2days after my last post due to me being sick and getting a fever. well im home now and feeling alot better now. i came home with an appitie that is for sure. but, im ok with it. glad to hear everyone is doing so good. and laurel dont feel bad i thought i would have lost but, i didn't and its ok i go for a fill on the 30th of this month so. i will get it togther.
