Just another comment on Premier Protein shakes. Take the vanilla and add sugar free orange Syrup by Torani. It tastes like a creamsicle! I can’t taste the Protein in it!

I did the same but I am only 11 day out still on liquids moving to puree Wednesday finally a little food. My life is premier shake. To have fish again yummy.

If anyone is struggling with getting Protein in I've been drinking these they are only 11 oz. And 30g of protein and 1g of sugar and taste like chocolate milk

I'm 13 days post OP and I'm down 21 pounds but I'll say what's helped me is I went back to work a week after surgery and I move and stand around all day and strictly just drink Protein Shakes and eat fish and eggs

I changed mine daily a little OCD about it but I did have my Incision pop open on Monday after bending over and putting on my damn shoes!!!! But they glued me back up next day

So to day 7-23-18 I my sleeve revised to a gastric bypass today. I'm still not sure how I feel about it. I thought it was going be painful which it's not, I miss walking and all I want it chicken broth lol
Question Did anyone have a drains in them?If so was Was a painful to get them removed? And how long were you in the hospital for?
