  2. I was sleeved July 10th and have lost about 60 pounds. Started having dizzy spells about a month after surgery so my doc cut my blood pressure med in half since my blood pressures were normalizing. Cpap stopped almost immediately after surgery. No longer snore and sleep through the night. Having a sleep study in a another month or so to confirm that I am free of the cpap for good.

  8. Hello. I’m traveling from NY to Orlando in February-wondering if I’m allowed to bring crystal lite in my bag? What about water bottles? I will check out the airline website to see what’s allowed but wondering if you all have any tips for travel. It’s not a long flight for me but I want to have access to water and can’t drink without the crystal lite. Any other travel tips? I’ll be seven months post op at travel time.
  9. I paid out of pocket for psych visit.
  10. At six months out, eggs are tolerated by my pouch thankfully because I love eggs. One boiled egg fills me up.

  16. I work from home at a desk job. Took two full weeks off. Biggest hurdle for me was the exhaustion during the day. Had to take a nap during my lunch break. Don’t rush going back if you don’t have to. Give your body as much time to rest and heal as possible.
  17. Hope everything is ok. Please keep us posted. We care!❤️
