You need to call Julie Tosh who will set up a consult in Dublin with Dr DeBruyne for you, I believe he is here on May 8th, I am having surgery with him in Brussels on May 6th. He visits Dublin monthly and on that day he does consults as well as fills/follow up. Ive had my consult and he is very thorough and straight to the point.
