I'm sure you will do fine! I start my pre-op diet on the 21st, :thumbdown:I am not looking foward to that, but I know that if I don't stick to it they can cancel the surgery. My starting weight is right there with yours I weigh 294. The part that bothers me the most about my weight is I wasn't as heavy when I was 9 months pregnant, I'm about 20 pounds heavier. Your right with the blessing of God we can do this.:thumbup:

Hi my name is Leanna and I am also getting banded on the 28th. I don't know about you but it seems so far away!!!!! Im sorry you don't have the support of your family. Just remember it's your body. I have 2 step sons 17and 9 and a 4 yr old lil girl. I remember telling the boys not to tell anyone (didn't want husbands skinny ex to know) then bless my lil girls heart she told someone at church that her mommy was getting a rubberband put on her so she couldn't eat to much. so much for keeping it low profile.
