I'm on day 13 of liquids. After day 5 you'll hate the taste of everything. Lol. I put a drop of hot sauce in my broth and drank my shakes over ice. Chew alot of gum and have mouth wash handy. Good luck. It gets easy after day 3. Sent from my Z982 using BariatricPal mobile app -
