I’m 8 days post op of struggling with these shakes. I too am making Soups which are nice but I’m craving something I can chew on.

I’m 8 days post op and struggling with only having liquids. I hate the Protein Shakes. I can tolerate one choc one and that’s it. I’ve been making Soups from fresh which are nice and I use unflavoured Protein powder if my soups are low in protein.

I had my surgery 8 days ago and so struggling with gas. I can drink a tea without feeling like I’m dying. I envy you 😩
