  1. My surgery is July 31st and that is my worst fear not being able to do the pre op diet. I've been trying to wean myself off of certain foods now so that I will be a success. Hang in there good luck and you can do it

    Revision surgery

Hi, I had gastric bypass in 2006. I lost almost 100lbs but in the last 2 years have regained almost 50lbs. I am scheduled for revision 7/31/2018. I had and upper endoscopy and my pouch to my small intestine had stretched. My insurance approved it in less than 2 months. I have bcbs ppo
  3. I am scheduled 7/31/18 for the revision. I have bcbc ppo and I was approved in less than 2 months. I had an upper endscopy which showed my opening from my pouch to small intestine had stretch significantly. If it is a surgical problem they should approve it.
  4. Hi, I had gastric bypass in 2006 if the sleeve was available I would have chosen that one. I am scheduled July 31for a revision and I am very nervous as well considering this is my second time around. It is expected to be nervous but you will be fine. I had some complications after my surgery but I survived. You will be very happy with your new weight loss. Looking at your picture you don't look like your really overweight.
  5. I had gastric bypass in 2006. I lost 90lbs not the total amount I wanted to loose. Well, its been 12 years later and within the last 2 years I have gained almost 50 lbs. I have been approved for a revision due to the fact that my connection between my pouch and small intestines has stretched. Has anyone had this revision done and if so how is it going. I am nervous to excited at the same time.
