  1. About 36 hours post-op and I'm feeling surprisingly well.  My sister, who had the sleeve in December, told me that she wasn't even able to walk this soon after surgery, so I'm thinking that this is part of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery program that my surgeon is part of.  Now I'm mostly worried about keeping myself hydrated tomorrow.

@SydneySleever Thank you! I have my 32 oz jug of water that I'm carrying around with me all day.

  2. One day post-op... wow I was really hurting yesterday.  I dry heaved three times, so don’t try to sip water and walk around back-to-back.  I’m doing better now, there’s a lot less pain and I’m able to sip without throwing it up.  Surprisingly, I’ve had no problem sleeping, but I don’t know if that had anything to do with any residual anesthesia in my system.  Luckily I’ll be discharged within the next hour.

@Sophstar Yes, I only spent one night. Today I'm able to walk around with minimal pain. You really do feel exponentially better every day with this surgery.
