yep everything cant pinpoint it yes gas every day

i was exhausted all the time and slept a lot dr suggested b12 so i add b12 to my coffee and feel pretty good most of the time no even after workouts

thats all we can do is try and our success brings us great joy for all and our failures make us that much stronger for the next success

Brent dont beat yourself up go back to your program and stay away from the cake for sure lol we all have pit falls its not the pit fall that matters it is what you do to avoid the pit fall in the future stay positive and keep working to the goal we all take side streets that do not always work out best for us stay positive and remember you got this we all love to give our advise to admit our failures or screw ups is always the hardest i know i have many failures in the backseat however will power is riding shotgun today (not saying it does not get in the back of the truck and hide sometimes)

sorry you have had the complications that you have had for me i wish i would have done it ten years ago with all the pit falls i dont know that ten years ago i would have been able to be as successful or feel as good about it as i do today or as dedicated to my health i feel we all know when its time to make a change to live a better life for us

you are still on liquids or soft food? i would start seeing a counselor as i did it seem to help me not saying everyone should it helps me a lot
